  • You’re in charge of overseeing the safe operation of our systems every day. If something comes up, our monitoring will notify you, you’ll immediately step in and contribute to the smooth operation of our infrastructure – tens of thousands of our customers count on it!
  • You will accompany our sales manager to commercial meetings, where you try to understand the needs of the prospect. Upon your return, you will start designing a technical solution within the time frame. You will create a demo environment on our cloud for the potential client to test the basic functionalities.
  • You take care of client requests sent thru Jira tickets - anything from a change of settings of web and server applications to updates of systems or optimalization. We use "infrastructure as code" approach so you need to do the changes thru a config management.
  • The client likes your solution and is ready for migration. You task is to set up the solution, test it, hand it over and successfully guide the client thru the whole onboarding.
  • You can also expect project days devoted to actively improving our existing solutions – either those that are in-house or private solutions for our large customers. You educate yourself, train your colleagues, check up on our data centers or, in case of large-scale projects, meet with partners. We expect you to take initiative in devising solutions that would improve the infrastructure and services for our clients. We’ll be happy to support your ideas.


  • you feel comfortable communicating with clients (occasionally also face to face), you have a positive approach and way of thinking
  • you have a deep knowledge of Linux systems
  • you master the basic scripting (Bash/Python), config management, Git, documentation
  • you can configure LEMP, reverse proxy
  • you have an overview of cloud technologies and services
  • you think in a logic, structured and analytical way, you are an automatization enthusiast
  • you don't need to master everything at this point, but you are hungry for more knowledge
  • you are well organized with an ability to work within a team but also independently
  • you speak Fluent English and are not afraid to use it
  • you are an active drive (fast but not furious)
