  • Monday: The week begins with a regular team-wide weekly report. You get an overview of what is happening in the company. You process requests and opportunities that came in during the weekend, either from the website or leadgen tools and campaigns.
  • Tuesday: You go on a business meeting, where you're accompanied by a senior presales administrator helping you learn about the needs of the potential customer. When you return, you start working on a proposition, the admin supplies you with technical solutions and the partner specifies hardware availability and its provision into the data center. You provide the customer with access to our demo environment in the cloud, where they can test the basic functionality of the solution that is in the works.
  • Wednesday: You're keeping track of requests that the existing customers send to administrators as tickets. You give feedback to the product manager, who came from the customer. You prepare the regular report on new deals from the previous month that will be discussed with the team and the leadership.
  • Thursday: Today, you're setting up services and creating billing profiles for new customers. You're processing invoices from suppliers and helping your Hungarian collagues prepare propositions.
  • Friday: You can also expect project days devoted to actively improving our existing solutions – either those that are in-house or private solutions for our large customers. You educate yourself, train your colleagues, check up on our data centers or, in case of large-scale projects, meet with partners. We expect you to take initiative in devising solutions that would improve the infrastructure and services for our clients. We’ll be happy to support your ideas.
