Naj\u0165a\u017e\u0161ie bolo v\u017edy balansovanie na hrane medzi priate\u013estvom a t\u00fdm, aby sa makalo. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sme chceli udr\u017ea\u0165 vz\u00e1cnu firemn\u00fa kult\u00faru aj do bud\u00facnosti. V istej dobe sa hovorilo, \u017ee firma, to je nie\u010do ako sekta. Vn\u00edmanie kult\u00fary navonok sa ve\u013emi l\u00ed\u0161i od reality vn\u00fatri. N\u00e1m sa podarilo prirodzene vytvori\u0165 prostredie, kde v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u013eud\u00ed pracovala rada.<\/p>\n<p>Cel\u00e1 na\u0161a firemn\u00e1 kult\u00fara sa za\u010d\u00ednala od prv\u00e9ho d\u0148a vo firme. Hne\u010f ako som sa nau\u010dil ako robi\u0165 pohovory, pre\u010d\u00edtal som si, ak\u00fd d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd je pre nov\u00e9ho zamestnanca prv\u00fd de\u0148 v pr\u00e1ci. N\u00e1vody, ako na to, som \u010d\u00edtal do hlbokej noci, len aby som v\u0161etko spravil spr\u00e1vne. P\u00edsalo\u00a0sa tam, ako sa treba nov\u00e9mu kolegovi venova\u0165 \u2013 v\u0161etko mu poukazova\u0165, vysvetli\u0165 a zau\u010di\u0165 ho, aby chytil spr\u00e1vnu vlnu.<\/p>\n<p>Brali sme to ve\u013emi v\u00e1\u017ene a zalo\u017eili sme trad\u00edciu, \u017ee prv\u00fd de\u0148 sa s nov\u00fdm kolegom opijeme, aby sme sa lep\u0161ie spoznali. Program\u00e1tor z matfyzu. Chceli sme ho teda spozna\u0165 a vytvori\u0165 mu nezabudnute\u013en\u00fd prv\u00fd de\u0148. V pr\u00e1ci sme vtedy sedeli iba ja, Stano a on, Mot\u00fd\u013e s Ve\u010dkom tr\u010dali v \u0161kole. Proti n\u00e1m st\u00e1li dve f\u013ea\u0161e vodky, tri f\u013ea\u0161e v\u00edna a nejak\u00e9 to pivko. Na Slovensku plat\u00ed nep\u00edsan\u00e9 pravidlo, \u017ee f\u013ea\u0161e sa musia dop\u00edja\u0165, a my sme si nep\u00edsan\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 v\u017edy ctili. Super sme sa bavili a v\u0161etko \u0161lo pod\u013ea pl\u00e1nu. O p\u00e1r hod\u00edn nesk\u00f4r le\u017eal Miro na zemi do p\u00e1sa vyzle\u010den\u00fd a chcel sa s nami bi\u0165. Ja som skoro nevidel a Stano na zemi spal, ako bolo jeho dobr\u00fdm zvykom. \u00c1no, ke\u010f sa miera lubrikantu neodhadla, komunik\u00e1cia post\u00fapila do in\u00e9ho levelu.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017e si nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m, ako som sa dostal na intr\u00e1k a ako sme to pre\u017eili. Len si spom\u00ednam, ako som na druh\u00fd de\u0148 vystra\u0161en\u00fd volal Mirovi, \u010di to pre\u017eil a \u010di e\u0161te pr\u00edde do pr\u00e1ce. Cel\u00fd \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd odpovedal, \u017ee jasn\u00e9, ve\u010f to bol fam\u00f3zny de\u0148. T\u00fato uv\u00edtaciu trad\u00edciu sme s men\u0161\u00edmi obmenami dodr\u017eiavali asi pri prv\u00fdch desiatich zamestnancoch. Potom sme ju zru\u0161ili. Za\u010dali toti\u017e prich\u00e1dza\u0165 \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed dok\u00e1zali norm\u00e1lne komunikova\u0165 aj triezvi, a aj my sme pomaly, ale isto dospievali.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Rozb\u00edja\u010dku&#8220; sme nahradili sprev\u00e1dzac\u00edm prv\u00fdm d\u0148om. Namiesto f\u013ea\u0161e vodky \u010dakala nov\u00e9ho zamestnanca \u00favodn\u00e1 prezent\u00e1cia firmy.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ale aj prezent\u00e1cia\u00a0sa \u010dasom menila, no v\u017edy obsahovala opis na\u0161ej firemnej kult\u00fary a hodn\u00f4t, to, ako fungujeme, na ak\u00fdch projektoch pracujeme a kto je kto. Po prezent\u00e1cii sa nov\u00fd zamestnanec v\u0161etk\u00fdm predstavil a zozn\u00e1mil sa s nimi. Potom sme ho zaradili do t\u00edmu. Ofici\u00e1lne sa mu mal v prv\u00fdch d\u0148och v\u017edy venova\u0165 \u0161\u00e9f t\u00edmu, ale v praxi sme ho ve\u013eakr\u00e1t proste hodili do vody. Ka\u017ed\u00e9ho nov\u00e9ho \u010dloveka sme sa sna\u017eili posadi\u0165 na p\u00e1r dn\u00ed na helpdesk, aby spoznal, \u010do tr\u00e1pi klientov a ako vn\u00edmaj\u00fa firmu.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u00fa\u010danie a r\u00fdchle za\u010dlenenie nov\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed je podstatn\u00e9 pre ich dobr\u00fd bud\u00faci v\u00fdkon. Hoci sme si to uvedomovali, nie v\u017edy sme to zvl\u00e1dli na \u0161pi\u010dkovej \u00farovni.<\/p>\n<p>Absol\u00fatnou prioritou a mantrou bol (a doteraz je) pre n\u00e1s klient. V\u0161etko rob\u00edme preto, aby bol spokojn\u00fd. Mot\u00fd\u013e, Ve\u010dko a prv\u00ed helpdesk\u00e1ri Maja a Tom\u00e1\u0161 nastavili latku supportu brut\u00e1lne vysoko. Pracovalo sa i po nociach a cez v\u00edkend, no ve\u013emi sme si cenili aj pohodu. Stanovi raz zavolal klient &#8211; asi 40 min\u00fat rie\u0161ili, ako si nastav\u00ed prij\u00edmanie po\u0161ty. Klient nepoznal ani z\u00e1klady, ale Stano mu pokojne a ochotne vysvet\u013eoval, \u010do m\u00e1 spravi\u0165. Ke\u010f klient zlo\u017eil, Stano kopol do stola, roztrieskal kl\u00e1vesnicu a za neust\u00e1leho nad\u00e1vania vy\u0161iel von. V\u0161etci, vr\u00e1tane m\u0148a, sme ostali ako zamrznut\u00ed. \u00daplne som ho ch\u00e1pal, ale vedel som, \u017ee tak\u00fato kult\u00faru vo firme nechceme a vonku som to Stanovi jasne povedal. Ni\u010d podobn\u00e9 u\u017e viac nespravil.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 firemnej kult\u00fary v\u017edy vych\u00e1dzala z na\u0161ej pohodovosti a slobody. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina z n\u00e1s e\u0161te \u0161tudovala. Od za\u010diatku sme vo firme nemali \u017eiadne procesy a ofici\u00e1lne pravidl\u00e1. Ka\u017ed\u00fd d\u00f4veroval ka\u017ed\u00e9mu a zamestnanci sami pomerne dobre pracovali. N\u00e1stojenie na term\u00ednoch bolo u n\u00e1s slab\u00e9. S\u00e1m som vedel, ako \u0165a\u017eko sa spr\u00e1vne stanov\u00ed deadline. A e\u0161te \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie je ho dodr\u017ea\u0165.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Niekedy bola pr\u00edli\u0161n\u00e1 vo\u013enos\u0165 na \u0161kodu, no na druhej strane sme nemali a\u017e tak\u00fd stres.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mne sa najviac osved\u010dila otvoren\u00e1 a slobodn\u00e1 firemn\u00e1 kult\u00fara. \u013dudia mohli \u2013 priam sme ich k tomu vyz\u00fdvali \u2013 hovori\u0165 v\u0161etko, aj nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9 veci. Mal som r\u00e1d zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed ma dok\u00e1zali kritizova\u0165 a otvorene hovorili, \u010do rob\u00edm ja alebo firma zle. Preto\u017ee ke\u010f ste \u0161\u00e9f, stra\u0161ne \u013eahko sa zamilujete do svojej \u00fa\u017easnosti. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u013eud\u00ed sa smeje va\u0161im vtipom a chv\u00e1li va\u0161e \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 n\u00e1pady. Mysl\u00edte si, ak\u00fd m\u00e1te o firme preh\u013ead, ale presn\u00fd opak je pravdou. Ako \u0161\u00e9f viete toho najmenej.<\/p>\n<p>Aj ke\u010f ste kamo\u0161i, zamestnanci s\u00fa ove\u013ea rad\u0161ej, ke\u010f tam nie ste. Rozpr\u00e1vaj\u00fa sa o v\u00e1s, a m\u00e1lokedy pozit\u00edvne. Je to \u00faplne prirodzen\u00e9. Probl\u00e9m nastane, ke\u010f v\u00e1m hovoria veci pozit\u00edvne a medzi sebou negat\u00edvne. V\u017edy som chcel, aby bola t\u00e1to medzera v komunik\u00e1cii \u010do najmen\u0161ia. Ak nastav\u00edte firemn\u00fa kult\u00faru typu <em>\u201ekto sa slepo podria\u010fuje a posl\u00facha, ide hore\u201c<\/em>, dl\u00e1\u017edite si cestu rovno do pekla. Mus\u00edte odme\u0148ova\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed s odvahou a kritick\u00fdm poh\u013eadom na v\u00e1s a firmu.
