Vo febru\u00e1ri sme hovorili o 3 k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch priorit\u00e1ch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zlep\u0161enie kvality slu\u017eieb<\/li>\n<li>Zlep\u0161enie z\u00e1kazn\u00edckej podpory<\/li>\n<li>Vyplnenie produktov\u00fdch medzier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Lep\u0161ia kvalita slu\u017eieb<\/h2>\n<p>V priebehu prv\u00e9ho pol roka sa n\u00e1m podarilo v\u00fdrazne zlep\u0161i\u0165 kvalitu hostingov\u00fdch a serverov\u00fdch slu\u017eieb. Ver\u00edme, \u017ee ste to poc\u00edtili aj vy. Prim\u00e1rnu z\u00e1sluhu na tom maj\u00fa tieto veci:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>v\u00fdznam\u00fd upgrade siete<\/li>\n<li>intenz\u00edvna migr\u00e1cia na cie\u013eov\u00fa architekt\u00faru<\/li>\n<li>upratanie intern\u00fdch n\u00e1storjov<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci migr\u00e1cie na cie\u013eov\u00fa architekt\u00faru sme pridali 26 nov\u00fdch SSD serverov, 2 backup servery a presunuli tis\u00edce hostingov.\u00a0V\u0161etky zmeny sa bud\u00fa aj na\u010falej prejavova\u0165 v zlep\u0161ovan\u00ed dostupnosti a r\u00fdchlosti slu\u017eieb. Len pre ilustr\u00e1ciu, za posledn\u00fdch 6 mesiacov minul\u00e9ho roka sme evidovali nedostupnos\u0165 slu\u017eieb v priemere 41 user-min\u00fat. Naopak, v prv\u00fdch mesiacoch toho aktu\u00e1lneho sme zaznamenali nedostupnos\u0165 v priemere 4 user-min\u00faty. To je 10 &#8211; n\u00e1sobn\u00e9 zlep\u0161enie. M\u00e1me z toho ve\u013ek\u00fa rados\u0165, no mak\u00e1me \u010falej.<\/p>\n<h2>Kvalitnej\u0161ia z\u00e1kazn\u00edcka podpora<\/h2>\n<p>Posledn\u00fdch 6 mesiacov som str\u00e1vil osobne na helpdesku. Cie\u013eom bolo zjednodu\u0161i\u0165 r\u00f4zne \u00fakony a sp\u00edstupni\u0165 na\u0161u \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/support.websupport.sk\/\" target=\"_blank\">knowledge base<\/a>\u201d, aby ste mali v\u017edy efekt\u00edvne a r\u00fdchle rie\u0161enie po ruke.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledkom 6 mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho sna\u017eenia sme dosiahli v\u00fdrazne lep\u0161ie hodnotenia na\u0161ich kolegov na helpdesku, ktor\u00e9 dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa pr\u00e1ve od v\u00e1s prostredn\u00edctvom Nicereply. Dnes sme v priemere na hodnoten\u00ed 9.55, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee za ka\u017ed\u00e9 negat\u00edvne hodnotenie (ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1s samozrejme st\u00e1le \u0161tve) sme dostali viac ako 20 pozit\u00edvnych. Na\u010falej v\u0161ak budeme v tejto snahe pokra\u010dova\u0165. Ak m\u00e1te n\u00e1vrh, ak\u00e9 zlep\u0161enia by sme mali v r\u00e1mci z\u00e1kazn\u00edckej podpory zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 &#8211; dajte n\u00e1m vedie\u0165.<\/p>\n<h2>Nov\u00e9 produkty<\/h2>\n<p>Fakt je ten, \u017ee m\u00e1me naozaj \u0161irok\u00e9 spektrum z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov. Vylep\u0161ili sme v\u0161etky konfigur\u00e1cie a pre\u0161li sme na kvalitnej\u0161ie \u017eelezo od Dell, aby va\u0161e aplik\u00e1cie be\u017eali svi\u017enej\u0161ie a bez zbyto\u010dn\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov. Vieme zmluvne zaviaza\u0165 ku garantovan\u00e9mu reak\u010dn\u00e9mu \u010dasu 4 hodiny (SLA &#8211; service level agreement).<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sme analyzovali stav s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.websupport.sk\/servery\" target=\"_blank\">VPS produktov<\/a>, o\u010dak\u00e1vania z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov v r\u00e1mci podpory, z \u010doho vznikne v druhej polovici tohto roka ve\u013ek\u00fd priestor na zlep\u0161enie serverov\u00fdch rie\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Roz\u0161\u00edrili sme aj <a href=\"https:\/\/www.websupport.sk\/domeny\" target=\"_blank\">portf\u00f3lio dom\u00e9n<\/a>.
