V\u010faka takejto automatiz\u00e1cii sa n\u00e1m podarilo <strong>zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 po\u010det ticketov za posledn\u00e9 2 mesiace a\u017e o 20%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Napriek tomu sa denne stret\u00e1vame s po\u017eiadavkami, ktor\u00e9 treba rie\u0161i\u0165 \u00faplne samostatne a nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 ich zautomatizova\u0165. Sp\u00edsali sme nieko\u013eko u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fdch tipov, ako m\u00f4\u017eete efekt\u00edvne pracova\u0165 so syst\u00e9mom a ako jednoducho dosiahnu\u0165 rie\u0161enie probl\u00e9mu. Toto s\u00fa va\u0161e tromfy pri komunik\u00e1cii so z\u00e1kazn\u00edckou podporou!<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">1. Sta\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1s kontaktova\u0165 z kontaktn\u00e9ho telef\u00f3nneho \u010d\u00edsla, uveden\u00e9ho pod va\u0161\u00edm kontom vo <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/admin.websupport.sk\/sk\/site\/login\" target=\"_blank\">WebAdmine<\/a><\/strong>. Odpor\u00fa\u010dame zah\u00e1ji\u0165 chat po prihl\u00e1sen\u00ed alebo n\u00e1s elektronicky kontaktova\u0165 z e-mailu, uveden\u00e9ho pod va\u0161\u00edm kontom. Na origin\u00e1lnej fakt\u00fare je mo\u017en\u00e9 \u00fadaje zmeni\u0165 len v r\u00e1mci aktu\u00e1lneho mesiaca priamo cez prostredie Webadmina, pr\u00edpadne cez preklik umiestnen\u00fd v r\u00e1mci e-mailu s fakt\u00farou. Dodato\u010dne \u017eia\u013e nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 faktura\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fadaje meni\u0165.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Predch\u00e1dzanie komplik\u00e1ci\u00e1m s platbami<\/h2>\n<p>\u010cast\u00fdm d\u00f4vodom nezaevidovanej \u00fahrady je nespr\u00e1vne uveden\u00fd variabiln\u00fd symbol alebo nepresn\u00e1 suma na \u00fahradu. T\u00fdmto sa zvy\u0161uje riziko deaktiv\u00e1cie slu\u017eieb a dodato\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s ich obnoven\u00edm. Predch\u00e1dza\u0165 komplik\u00e1ci\u00e1m je jednoduch\u00e9. Sta\u010d\u00ed si vo <strong>WebAdmine<\/strong> aktivova\u0165 automatick\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.websupport.sk\/support\/760520-Automatick%C3%A9-predl%C5%BEovanie-slu%C5%BEieb\" target=\"_blank\">predl\u017eovanie slu\u017eieb<\/a> (z\u00edskate z\u013eavu 5% z hodnoty uhradenej fakt\u00fary), pr\u00edpadne \u00fahrady realizova\u0165 priamo kartou alebo cez WebAdmina, kde po \u00fahrade bude platba sp\u00e1rovan\u00e1 v priebehu nieko\u013ek\u00fdch min\u00fat. Minimalizuje sa tak riziko nespr\u00e1vnej \u00fahrady.<\/p>\n<h2>4.
