Tie definuj\u00fa z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 presved\u010denie, z\u00e1sady a spr\u00e1vanie \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa zapojen\u00ed do chodu firmy. Firemn\u00e9 hodnoty s\u00fa v istom zmysle pilierom a <strong>s\u00fa jednou z najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edch vec\u00ed <\/strong>po vzniku samotnej idei, misie a v\u00edzie. Pom\u00e1haj\u00fa budova\u0165 firemn\u00fa kult\u00faru, pr\u00edstup zamestnancov, komunik\u00e1ciu a ka\u017edodenn\u00e9 rozhodnutia. Michalovou \u00falohou bol dolovanie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a zaanga\u017eovanie \u010do najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho po\u010dtu <em>\u201cskaln\u00fdch websuppor\u0165\u00e1kov\u201d<\/em>. Od \u00favodn\u00fdch workshopov s nieko\u013ek\u00fdmi \u013eudmi z firmy a\u017e po t\u00edmov\u00e9 sedenia sme sa sna\u017eili vn\u00edma\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, p\u00fdta\u0165 sa a zbiera\u0165 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<p>Po p\u00e1r t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148och vznikol nieko\u013ekostranov\u00fd dokument zachyt\u00e1vaj\u00faci na\u0161u hist\u00f3riu, misiu, v\u00edziu, m\u00ed\u013eniky \u010di firemn\u00fa kult\u00faru. Z\u00e1klad Brand Booku hovoril o archetype zna\u010dky, komunik\u00e1cii, a mnoh\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch oblastiach, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou na\u0161ej DNA. Je to unik\u00e1tny dokument, ktor\u00fd <strong>perfektne sl\u00fa\u017ei najm\u00e4 nov\u00fdm kolegom pri onboardingu, ale aj partnersk\u00fdm agent\u00faram pri tvorbe kampan\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako prebieha valid\u00e1cia a tvorba nov\u00fdch firemn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t<\/h2>\n<p>Jednou z \u010dast\u00ed tvorby Brand Booku bola aj valid\u00e1cia dovtedy existuj\u00facich firemn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t. P\u00fdtali sme sa na ne kolegov a zis\u0165ovali sme, ako ve\u013emi z ich poh\u013eadu reflektuj\u00fa realitu. Spisovali sme si pozn\u00e1mky a sna\u017eili sa ich vyhodnoti\u0165.
